- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-09-20, by #CM issiTERRIBLE service. 2nd time I've been in store on seperate occasions & been served the wrong cigarettes. DUAL it's not that hard to hear. I think the staff need either a hearing aid fitted or sent on a course on how to LISTEN to customers apposed to scratching off scratch cards with other colleagues while customers are patiently waiting to be served. Get rid asap!
